Our clients receive hands-on job training with approved community vendors. We focus on developing the interpersonal skills necessary to maintain long-term employment, giving our clients the chance to practice these skills in real-world settings.

Waiver Program: Supporting Independence

PACE Enterprises proudly offers Supported Employment and Day Habilitation services as part of West Virginia’s Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) Waiver Program. This Medicaid waiver program is designed to help individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities live independently in their communities. Instead of institutional care, the I/DD Waiver Program provides a wide range of services in the individual’s home, workplace, and other community settings.

Key Services Include:

  • Therapies: Tailored therapies to support individual needs.
  • Personalized Assistance: Helping with daily living activities.
  • Pre-Vocational Training: Preparing individuals for employment.
  • Supported Employment: Providing ongoing support to ensure success in the workplace.
