Our Mission
At PACE Enterprises, our mission is to help people with disabilities find meaningful employment. Since 1972, we have been providing pre-vocational and vocational rehabilitation services to individuals with disabilities in North Central West Virginia. Our community-led organization supports clients of all backgrounds and abilities, fostering independence and success.
Our Proven Process
Step 1: Evaluation & Counseling
A person with a disability comes to PACE and is evaluated and counseled to determine their talents and career goals.
Step 2: Tailored
Training
Training is provided to polish the individual’s unique talents and overcome obstacles.
Step 3: Employment Opportunities
Finally, the person is either introduced to a local employer or is employed in one of PACE’s business opportunities.
