STAFF POSITIONS:
Skills Developers (entry-level: part-time/full-time):
Currently looking for candidates with receptionist experience
Part-time schedules are available. Work half days or full days, 1, 2, or 3 days per week, Monday-Friday. Full-time schedules are typically Monday-Friday, 7:30am-3:30pm with occasional evening and weekend requirements. In this entry-level position, you will receive all training needed to work as a Trainer (Skills Developer) in our Title XIX Vocational Training Program located at Mylan Park.
Training includes:
- CPR/First Aid
- Comprehensive Crisis Management
- IDD Waiver Services
Qualifications:
- High School diploma
- Valid drivers' license
- Basic computer skills
- Criminal background check

Work Adjustment Trainer - Food Services Focus: Regular daytime hours part-time M-F, schedule is negotiable
Conduct and expand the food services training program at PACE. Qualifications: basic knowledge of commercial food service operations, experienced trainer, experience working with people with various learning styles, demonstrated knowledge of customer service and business management principles, basic computer skills. Must pass criminal background check/drug screening.
Qualifications:
- A High School diploma or GED required
- Experience supervising some aspect of food services, knowledge of kitchen equipment and terminology required
- Demonstrated ability to give clear instructions in an encouraging tone
- College training and a desire to work in a mission-based non-profit organization preferred, training in a human services field of study or a hospitality program a plus
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred
- Demonstrated ability to prepare clear and descriptive written documentation
- Experience using computer applications, experience using a web-based application preferred
- Able to obtain a Food Handlers’ Permit
- Able to pass a Criminal Background Check
- Must be able to participate in and pass trainings to include, but not limited to: First Aid, CPR and CCM training
- A valid driver’s license and must be willing to transport clients for food service related activities
Duties Include:
- Implements and follows systematic training according to food services curriculum and individual program plan requirements (i.e. habilitation plans, program plans
- Conducts on-going assessment of the participant’s knowledge and skills
- Perform supervisor responsibilities for food services project
- Follows food services health and safety protocols
- Completes all necessary data entry and paperwork within the time frame required

Janitorial Worker - DOE NETL Contract Highly reliable janitorial worker needed to work part-time hours on a shift that runs 4:30PM – 1:00AM Monday – Friday at the DOE-NETL site on Collins Ferry Road in Morgantown.
Qualifications:
- Commercial janitorial experience
- Ability to pass a Criminal Background Investigation
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and use commercial janitorial equipment
Duties include:
- Maintaining designated area according to the statement of work: requires attention to detail
- Checking equipment and requesting repairs when needed
